Southwest Airline Case Study Free Essays
BUS 330 Writing Assignment The paper is about how the airline company named as the Southwest Airlines has been able to cater to the needs of the customers while still holding a greater market share in the Airline industry specifically during the economic crises phase. Q1: As a high ââ¬â contact service provider, how does Southwest Airlines ensure that its employees satisfy the customer? As far as the employee training is concerned, the employees are extensively trained so as such to ensure that they are able to satisfy the arising concerns and needs of the customers effectively and efficiently. They are actually made to practically exercise resolving complaints and other service problems on the spot. We will write a custom essay sample on Southwest Airline Case Study or any similar topic only for you Order Now Moreover the employees are made to look professional and behave in a professional manner because they have to deal directly with the customer. One-on-one communication and query handling requires good communication and interpersonal skills to ensure the supreme satisfaction of the customers and their complaints. Otherwise; the demand for their product will eventually die out. The product that this airline is offering is a travel solution for the customers; with the standards set as the low airfares and high service standards. They provide attentive service to the customers in the sky and on the ground and see every flight as an opportunity to underpin and reinforce its reputation for a friendly service that caters to all the flight related concerns of the employees. Another point mentioned in the case is that this Southwest Airlines has a mission statement as: delivering the services with a smile shows that the airline genuinely cares about the customers. A cultural committee is appointed at the headquarters that enables to keep the service spirit alive. Moreover for every airport, they have these committees that ensure service spirit eventually upgrading the customer service area. Furthermore, there are maintenance facilities available across the country. The services of the employees are appraised as per performance and their relationship with customers. Actually these achievements are celebrated for that employee especially who provides outstanding service. This helps in employee retention and satisfaction to remain as a part of that network. Moreover an example can be quoted from the case itself that; the events or the employee appreciation are held around the country such as incoming flight passengers surprisingly with the crew members bringing along the cookies and milk. This shows a small gesture of appreciation and employee motivation. The concept of team work and tolerance is one of the most important concepts to be inculcated in the people who are being hired for serving the customers. Only those people are hired who can co mmunicate, correspond and behave in a friendly manner and work cooperatively with their colleagues. Q2: What experience qualities might weigh most heavily in customers evaluations of the services delivered by the Southwest Airlines? What are the implications for the airlineââ¬â¢s service marketing efforts? Actually from the perspective of the customer, it is the product that holds the greatest importance; however the product placement along with the services is the best combination to attract a bunch of customers. Mainly there are two important things that help a company to remain at a competitive position in the market; cost leadership and differentiation. Basically Southwest Airlines is catering to both these requirements to strengthen its stature in the market as one of the most competitive airlines. The Southwest airline was able to control their fuel costs and gained a greater market share while most of its competitors had to shrink their schedules and eventually tightening their belts. It was usually seen that the competitive airlines have been facing the issue of high fuel rates and eventually the lower demand, because they are forced to charge extra fee from the customers for checking baggage and other services. However, Southwest Airline has tried to manage the lower costs and avoids charging extra fee for every facility and has offered a bundled service pack, as compared to the competitors; who have been unbundling the price and product. Bundling gives an edge to accommodate some of the extra charges and help the company as well as the customers. However since the seats are not reserved thus the airline also gives the chance to the passengers to jump forward on the flight, but for this service an amount is charged. Moreover instead of charging higher prices Southwest Airline accommodates the customersââ¬â¢ needs by providing bundles that are valued by the flyers. Some suggestions will be enhancing the expenditure on the advertisements and more promotional activities. The concentration on the actual and the augmented product will help the company in giving something extra and different to the customers. Cutting the costs and lowering prices will help in maintaining the customer demand for the brand product. Product pricing and the core product should be given eminent importance. Possibly, linking with a Public Relations organization will help increase the popularity of the products and services being offered by Southwest Airlines. Q3: What is Southwest Airline doing to manage the customerââ¬â¢s service expectations? In order to manage the expectations of the customers regarding the services provided by the airline, some new features have been introduced like the ââ¬Å"bags fly freeâ⬠campaign that enables the loading of first two items of checked baggage of the customers on the fare for free. Another more attracting feature is the ââ¬Å"Business selectâ⬠airfare, where the priority boarding is bundled as such that the customers are offered a free drink along with extra frequent flyer points at a slightly higher price. These points can be used later on any time. Moreover, if the business selects customer to fly on the scheduled flight then the airfare is applied to the cost of a later travelling schedule at any time in the next year. This is one of the main features that make the bundled services attractive to the customers. They use price bundling as an edge to keep the customers coming in and maximize on their profits. The annual profits since the previous 35 years have shown a remarkable record, in a row. However since the running of an airline is not an easy task which involves a lot of finances and efficiency, Southwest Airlines have made it through mainly by keeping the customers satisfied and have maximized their profits on the customer service side. The stock symbol is LUV, which of course is a very attractive caption, and the company aims at making the customers come back to them and use their services by ensuring that the customers remain smiling all the way long. Therefore they will eventually come back for the LUV. Conclusion The main aspect for an airline is to make sure that the travellers remain happy and are treated properly because at the end of the day, it is the service that an airline provides to a customer by charging an amount of money; therefore the overall experience has to be made pleasant and memorable positively. Failing to do so will eventually lead the company to die a natural death. Business and Ethics Reflection
Question: Describe about the Report for Business and Ethics Reflection. Answer: Introduction In my paper of business ethics reflection, I will be emphasizing on four major important issues in the society. These issues include personal values and ethics, ethical models, the corporate social responsibility of individuals and the ethical dilemma that most people face in their everyday life. Of all the four major issues of ethical models that I have outlined, the one that I identify with most is utilitarianism. Most of the time it helps me a lot whenever I face an ethical dilemma, and It is a must for me to take a decision or position in a particular matter or situation. The second part of my paper will be all about how my personal values and ethics have shaped and made the person that I am. I will specifically talk about culture, my internal reflection and also my family. I will also discuss an example of a dilemma that I had to face sometimes back and how utilitarianism helped me in making the right decision. Finally the last part of my paper will direct my attention on the corporate social responsibility where I will compare the Chinese ethics and values with the American ethics and values. We will look at how these values and ethics have influenced the people who are in China and America especially in the business organizations. Lastly, I will share my personal opinion that will cement the importance of corporate social responsibility that we all have. The Models of Ethics Ethics is described as a section of philosophy that mainly and most of the time answers different queries about our morality. Ethics plays a critical and vital part in everyones life especially when it comes to making hard and important decisions on matters of great interest to the society and business. I have learned that there is existence many different ethical theories. However, it should be known that some of these ethical theories like the theory of justice, utilitarianism and moral rights have a lot of influence on many people than any other theory that exists (DesJardins and McCall 2014). The Justice Theory Many individuals who regard this theory by taking it as their ethical model most of the time argue out for a fair distribution of the people's resources where the people allocate their burdens and benefits fairly amongst themselves. The theory is known for always treating everyone fairly and impartially according to the legal rules (Kolk 2015). The most generous thing about this theory is that it has the ability urging and motivating people to help the others who are in great need. However, I have learned that one bad thing about this theory is that takes equality as an absolute thing without even looking at the price that will be involved in implementing this equality. The theory of moral rights It mainly looks at the production and respect of everyone in the society and also their fundamental rights that they enjoy. The best thing about this theory is that it makes it easier to protect our fundamental rights. However, the bad thing about the theory is that it does not care about the costs and benefits of getting respect for any other right (Su 2014). Relativism of culture Cultural relativism is the standard that ethical conduct ought to consistently be deduced in cultural perspective. Universalism tells us that moral principles are supreme, which has the different denotation to the traditional relativism. Utilitarianism Utilitarianism asserts to us that anyone who is making a decision must always maximize utilization for the society as a whole. According to my understanding, this simply tells me that everyone must first all settle down and think about the costs and benefits that are going to result from his or her decisions and actions to the whole society. If the advantages are going to outweigh the costs, then it is appropriate for a person who takes himself or herself as a utilitarian to act accordingly. I have learned that utilitarianism needs me always not only to look at the influence of my actions on myself, my friends and my family but it also needs me to know how my decisions are going to have an impact on the society as a whole (Provis 2015). This shows that utilitarianism always makes people responsible for their actions on the society. However, the difficulty with utilitarianism is that it is not easy to measure the personal pain and pleasure against all the members of the society and furthermore it cannot be constrained by law. But all in all, I prefer utilitarianism amongst all the other models because it cares more about the consequences that the decisions that we make will have on the society. I do not think that it is only enough for us only to care about our personal dissatisfactions and satisfactions at the expense of the society (Lai, Pan and Vukovic 2013). Utilitarianism makes it easier for us to have a deep critical thinking before we take any decision especially when we face dilemmas in our life. As a utilitarian, I will always focus on analyzing other factors before taking any decisions. Utilitarianism will help me to list other alternative courses of action and finally take the right alternative that resona tes well with the society as a whole. This will enable me to form a win-win situation. Personal Values and Ethics My personal values and ethics are going to be very easy to understand for me. When making decisions, I will not have to be always depending on my intuition. All always be asking myself some questions before taking any decision or action e.g. whether my decision is legal or not, whether it complies with my values? If I take the decision? How will I feel? Whether my decision is going to benefit the society? Whether I am willing to sacrifice something for the benefit of the society? This critical thinking will then lead me to my solution and answer. My internal reflection, my culture, and my family, are the major three things that always have an influence on my culture but the one that influences my personal ethics is the family. My family has instilled in me a stronger sense of wrong and right ever since I was a child. My parents behavior has influenced me much more. They have taught me always to have some sense of ethics in everything I do. The culture that I live in has also influenced a lot by me as I have learned how to be loyal to my faith, to be good to people and always seek for justice. My internal reflection has a significant role in my individual decision-making process. Whenever I do something against my morals and principles, it will have some bad feelings of guilt or shame. If I do something that meets my personal ethics and values, I will have a feeling of proudness. This will influence creation of my ethical principles and my decisions. My ethical dilemma experience I remember some time back when I faced an ethical dilemma when I was given more balance than I was to be given in a supermarket after shopping. My ethical dilemma was whether to give back this excess money back or just to take it as a good luck and walk away. I realized this after walking some distance from the supermarket. I had to make the right decision. If have to take the money then it would mean a loss for the supermarket, and on the other hand, the money would have also helped me to buy more things that I needed. After critically analyzing the situation I decided to give the extra change back to the supermarket. I felt and knew I had done the right thing. The corporate social responsibility Corporate social responsibility can be described as a way of corporate self-regulation that has been incorporated into various business models. This makes every business organization to be responsible for its actions and decisions. However, many people argue that taking more corporate social responsibility can be a violation against the business organizations in profit maximization. Every country in the world now views America and China as superpowers of today (Schweigert 2016). These two nations share some differences and similarities regarding their values and ethics. This way, the two countries can have more influence on their people and many businesses around the world. Both America and China have the same similarity in the attitudes in peoples lives. As we all know, life is the most precious thing in both of these countries and hence the two countries always focus on ensuring that the business organization follows and practice good corporate ethics. Both of them value the importance of integrity as it is seen as an intangible comparative advantage for companies both in America and China to attract more customers. However, the two countries are said to have the different cultural perception that forms the pattern of environmental stimuli, implicit understanding that is known for conveying meaning between the people of different culture and the physical cues. For instance, China has a high level of context culture whereas U.S. has a lower text culture (Kolk 2015). The Chinese always prefer to have group duties, values, and decisions while the Americans, on the other hand, prefer personal initiatives, achievements, and self-assertions. Conclusion I have learned that ethical principles have a critical role in my decision-making process. Our ethical principles are many times shaped and influenced by various dynamics like culture, family, friends and our internal reflections. Critical thinking should always be a critical ingredient in our life. It will help solve our ethical dilemmas more easily. We should adopt a utilitarian approach so that we put the privileges of the society first before our personal profits. It is important for every business organization to take a corporate social responsibility to help in the development of the society. References Provis, C., 2015. The Miners Burger free essay sample
Have you ever seen something so amazing you had to eat it, all of it? Have you done that right before a road trip with no rest stops around? I made a similar mistake when I was visiting my aunt and uncle in Yakima. No one should ever eat a large meal right before a long car ride with no stops to avoid stomach pain, nausea, and the feeling of being trapped with no end in site. Donââ¬â¢t do this especially if what you are eating is a five pound burger. As we were driving down the highway at the start of our three hour journey home I started experiencing shooting pains in my stomach. ââ¬Å"Why did I do that? It was so stupid,â⬠I said as I thought back to what had occurred in the last 48 hours. It was the summer of 2015, my family and I had driven up to Yakima, WA from Camas, WA. We will write a custom essay sample on The Miners Burger or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page It was the grand opening of my uncle Shawnââ¬â¢s new church, Dad?s House. It took about three hours to get up there, but we finally made it. We arrived the night before and checked into our hotel. The hotel had a huge lobby with with tall vaulted ceilings. The next morning, I got up early, took a shower, and ate the hotelââ¬â¢s continental breakfast. The day was going just as planed. My uncle Shawn had arrived to pick me and my Sister Jessica up for worship practice. Jessica had curly brown hair and red glasses. Jessica was on piano, Shawn on acoustic guitar, and I was playing the cajon box drum. My uncle has red hair, glasses, and a scraggly beard. ââ¬Å"You guys ready,â⬠he asked as he pulled up to the front of the hotel where Jessica and I were waiting. ââ¬Å"Yup,â⬠I replied. We proceeded to get in the car and talk about how weââ¬â¢ve been since the last time we saw him. The church is located in a 360 degree theater room, with the stage in the middle and the chairs fully surrounding it. After we set up the sound equipment and practiced our song list, Shawnââ¬â¢s wife and six month old son arrived. Tenielle was short with long black curly hair and and her son Asher was the cutest little baby with not much hair and long arms.I had only seen Asher a couple of time since he was born in December so I immediately ran over to say hello. ââ¬Å"Asher! whatââ¬â¢s up buddy.â⬠ââ¬Å"Hey man,â⬠my aunt Tenielle said as she side hugs me holding Asher in her other arm. I proceed to great several people I havenââ¬â¢t seen in a long time as they walk in one after the other. Because the church takes place in a theater arts studio the front room is decorated in props and pictures. In the corner of the room is a knight in shining armour and a bright pink tootoo. My friend Ben and I were making fun of it and named it Fred. This became an inside joke that was brought up throughout the day. In the back there was a dance studio with a couch in it. There was still some time before the service started so Ben, my brothers, and I hung out until it was time to start. Ben was tall for the age of 15 and had short brown hair that was spiked in the front It was almost time for worship to start and I started to feel uneasy. Even though I play drums monthly, I still got nervous playing in front of a new group of people. Despite my nerves, worship went great. My uncles sermon was awesome too. After church we had an Ice cream party to celebrate the grand opening of the church. There was so much ice cream that everyone brought that we ended up handing out boxes as guests left. There was everything from ice cream sandwiches and drumsticks to popsicles. You probably think this is why I felt like I was going to die in the car, but the worst was yet to come. Next, following the party we decided to go to Miners a small burgers joint just around the corner. The list of people who went was long and included my aunt and uncle, my nana and grandpa Jim, Ben, and my whole family. Miners had been around for several years and was known for their giant burgers. I had already eaten lots of ice cream and wasnââ¬â¢t sure if I could handle that kind of a berger. When it was my turn to order I made a horrible decision to not only get the Miners Burger, but to get fries and a drink too. When The burger arrived it was even bigger than I remembered. I was excited and scared all at the same time, but I wasnââ¬â¢t about to step down from a challenge. Imagine if George Lopezs Head was on a plate with fries and a drink and that wouldnââ¬â¢t be half the size of this burger. ââ¬Å"Oh boy,â⬠I said. ââ¬Å"I know right,â⬠Ben replays looking at his own Miners Burger that awaits him. ââ¬Å"Iââ¬â¢ll be surprised if I donââ¬â¢t end up with diabetes.â⬠ââ¬Å"What did we do Ben. Wait there was curly fries! Dang!â⬠Ben and I both start laughing. We werenââ¬â¢t even halfway through when I started to worry. I hadnââ¬â¢t even touched my fries yet. I donââ¬â¢t know if I should go on eating I thought. ââ¬Å"I donââ¬â¢t know if I can handle anymore,â⬠Ben stated. ââ¬Å"I was just thinking the same thing.â⬠But I did. I finished the whole burger, but couldnââ¬â¢t fit anymore fries on top. By this time I was feeling worse by the the minuet. It was getting late and we still had the drive home so we said our goodbyes. ââ¬Å"See ya later Ben.â⬠ââ¬Å"I canââ¬â¢t believe you ate that entire burger! Iââ¬â¢m saving mine for later.â⬠ââ¬Å"I know. Iââ¬â¢m already starting to regret it.â⬠ââ¬Å"Ok see ya later manâ⬠As we were packing everyone in the car I knew the ride home was not going to be pleasant. ââ¬Å"you guys want to stop and get snacks for the ride home,â⬠my dad ask with the same red hair his brother has. ââ¬Å"No! I mean no thank you. Iââ¬â¢m not feeling too hot.â⬠ââ¬Å"You shouldnââ¬â¢t have eaten that giant burger.â⬠ââ¬Å"I know,â⬠I said feeling the pain rise up inside me. Oh Man. About half an hour later the pain is unbearable. ââ¬Å"Dad, can we stop at a restroom.â⬠ââ¬Å"You shouldve asked me about 20 minutes ago. Weââ¬â¢re in the middle of nowhere now. Sorry bud.â⬠Why did I do That. It was so stupid. Because of my horrible experience I highly suggest never eating anything if decent size right before a long car trip. When I was stupid enough to try eating a mega burger before my long road trip home, I definitely paid the price. Please avoid any of the mistakes leading up to one of the worst road trips of my life. No matter how amazing the idea sounds at the time it is never worth it. Please heed my advice and stay away from large meals before large car trips.

The Unsavory History of Nutmeg Spice
The Unsavory History of Nutmeg Spice Today, we sprinkle ground nutmeg on our espresso drinks, add it to eggnog, or mix it into pumpkin pie filling. Most people probably dont particularly wonder about its origins, no doubt - it comes from the spice aisle in the supermarket, right? And fewer still stop to consider the tragic and bloody history behind this spice. Over the centuries, however, tens of thousands of people have died in the pursuit of nutmeg. What Is Nutmeg? Nutmeg comes from the seed of the Myristica frangans tree, a tall evergreen species native to the Banda Islands, which are part of Indonesias Moluccas or Spice Islands. The inner kernel of the nutmeg seed can be ground into nutmeg, while the aril (the outer lacy covering) yields another spice, mace. Nutmeg has long been valued not only as a flavoring for foodà but also for its medicinal properties. In fact, when taken in large enough doses nutmeg is a hallucinogen, thanks to a psychoactive chemical called myristicin, which is related to mescaline and amphetamine. People have known about the interesting effects of nutmeg for centuries; the 12th-century abbess Hildegard of Bingen wrote about it, for one. Nutmeg on the Indian Ocean Trade Nutmeg was well-known in the countries bordering the Indian Ocean, where it featured in Indian cooking and traditional Asian medicines. Like other spices, nutmeg had the advantage of being light-weight compared with pottery, jewels, or even silk cloth, so trading ships and camel caravans could easily carry a fortune in nutmeg. For the inhabitants of the Banda Islands, where the nutmeg trees grew, the Indian Ocean trade routes ensured a steady business and allowed them a comfortable living. It was the Arab and Indian traders, however, who got very wealthy from selling the spice all around the rim of the Indian Ocean. Nutmeg in Europe's Middle Ages As mentioned above, by the Middle Ages, wealthy people in Europe knew about nutmegà and coveted it for its medicinal properties. Nutmeg was considered a hot food according to the theory of humors, taken from ancient Greek medicine, which still guided European physicians at the time. It could balance cold foods like fish and vegetables. Europeans believed that nutmeg had the power to ward off viruses like the common cold; they even thought that it could prevent the bubonic plague. As a result, the spice was worth more than its weight in gold. As much as they treasured nutmeg, however, people in Europe had no clear idea of where it came from. It entered Europe through the port of Venice, carried there by Arab traders who portaged it from the Indian Ocean across the Arabian Peninsula and into the Mediterranean world... but the ultimate source remained a mystery. Portugal Seizes the Spice Islands In 1511, a Portuguese force under Afonso de Albuquerque seized the Molucca Islands. By early the next year, the Portuguese had extracted the knowledge from the locals that the Banda Islands were the source of nutmeg and mace, and three Portuguese ships sought out these fabled Spice Islands. The Portuguese did not have the manpower to physically control the islands, but they were able to break the Arab monopoly on the spice trade. The Portuguese ships filled their holds with nutmeg, mace, and cloves, all purchased for a reasonable price from the local growers. Over the next century, Portugal tried to build a fort on the main Bandanaira Islandà but was driven off by the Bandanese. Finally, the Portuguese simply bought their spices from middlemen in Malacca. Dutch Control of Nutmeg Trade The Dutch soon followed the Portuguese to Indonesia, but they proved unwilling to simply join the queue of spice shippers. Traders from the Netherlands provoked the Bandanese by demanding spices in return for useless and unwanted goods, like thick woolen clothing and damask cloth, which was completely unsuitable for tropical climes. Traditionally, Arab, Indian, and Portuguese traders had offered much more practical items: silver, medicines, Chinese porcelain, copper, and steel. Relations between the Dutch and Bandanese started out sourà and quickly went down-hill. In 1609, the Dutch coerced some Bandanese rulers into signing the Eternal Treaty, granting the Dutch East Indies Company a monopoly on spice trade in the Bandas. The Dutch then strengthened their Bandanaira fortress, Fort Nassau. This was the last straw for the Bandanese, who ambushed and killed the Dutch admiral for the East Indies and about forty of his officers. The Dutch also faced a threat from another European power - the British. In 1615, the Dutch invaded Englands only foothold in the Spice Islands, the tiny, nutmeg-producing islands of Run and Ai, about 10 kilometers from the Bandas. The British forces had to retreat from Ai to the even smaller island of Run. Britain counter-attacked the same day, though, killing 200 Dutch soldiers. A year later, the Dutch attacked againà and besieged the British on Ai. When the British defenders ran out of ammunition, the Dutch overran their position and slaughtered them all. The Bandas Massacre In 1621, the Dutch East India Company decided to solidify its hold on the Banda Islands proper. A Dutch force of unknown size landed on Bandaneira, fanned out, and reported numerous violations of the coercive Eternal Treaty signed in 1609. Using these alleged violations as a pretext, the Dutch had forty of the local leaders beheaded. They then went on to perpetrate genocide against the Bandanese. Most historians believe that the population of the Bandas was around 15,000 before 1621. The Dutch brutally massacred all but about 1,000 of them; the survivors were forced to work as slaves in the nutmeg groves. Dutch plantation-owners took control of the spice orchardsà and grew wealthy selling their products in Europe at 300 times the production cost. Needing more labor, the Dutch also enslaved and brought in people from Java and other Indonesian islands. Britain and Manhattan At the time of the Second Anglo-Dutch War (1665-67), however, the Dutch monopoly on nutmeg production was not quite complete. The British still had control of little Run Island, on the fringe of the Bandas. In 1667, the Dutch and British came to an agreement, called the Treaty of Breda. Under its terms, the Netherlands relinquished the far-off and generally useless island of Manhattan, also known as New Amsterdam, in return for the British handing over Run. Nutmeg, Nutmeg Everywhere The Dutch settled down to enjoying their nutmeg monopoly for about a century and a half. However, during the Napoleonic Wars (1803-15), Holland became a part of Napoleons empireà and was thus an enemy of England. This gave the British an excellent excuse to invade the Dutch East Indies once againà and try to pry open the Dutch stranglehold on the spice trade. On August 9, 1810, a British armada attacked the Dutch fort on Bandaneira. After just a few hours of fierce fighting, the Dutch surrendered Fort Nassau, and then the rest of the Bandas. The First Treaty of Paris, which ended this phase of the Napoleonic Wars, restored the Spice Islands to Dutch control in 1814. It could not restore the nutmeg monopoly, however - that particular cat was out of the bag. During their occupation of the East Indies, the British took nutmeg seedlings from the Bandas and planted them in various other tropical places under British colonial control. Nutmeg plantations sprang up in Singapore, Ceylon (now called Sri Lanka), Bencoolen (southwest Sumatra), and Penang (now in Malaysia). From there, they spread to Zanzibar, East Africa and the Caribbean islands of Grenada. With the nutmeg monopoly broken, the price of this once-precious commodity began to plummet. Soon middle-class Asians and Europeans could afford to sprinkle the spice on their holiday baked goods and add it to their curries. The bloody era of the Spice Wars came to an end, and nutmeg took its place as an ordinary occupant of the spice-rack in typical homes... an occupant, though, with an unusually dark and bloody history.

A Ladys Maid and Cinderella
A maid of a woman and a maid of a woman of Cinderella and Cinderella: A story for children of two similar stories has a simple and cute character and a nice ending. But these simple plots sometimes have a latent meaning and may be the foundation of adult stories with social, intellectual or emotional themes. For example, L. Frank Baum's The Wizard of Oz is not just a girl looking for attractive friends on his way home. It was written as a populist propaganda of the entire populist movement in the early twentieth century. Walt Disney's Cinderella is based on the French folklore of Charles Perot of the same name. The title character lost his parents when he was young and is a young lady who was forced to fulfill the role of an evil stepmother, Mrs. Tremain (Eleanor Audrey) and stepmother Drizella and Anastasia. When Mrs. Tremaine ceased participating in the Royal Ball, Cinderella was unexpectedly aided by her fairy godown and two mice, Gus and Jaq. In addition to the role of Lady Trema ine, fairy godparent, king, archduke, the characters are boring, exciting and almost forgotten. In addition to the fun and generous song Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo by fairy godmothers, these songs can be forgotten. However, the animation in the movie is very exciting, definitely a highlight of the movie. In the classic fairy tale Cinderella, my beloved daughter was adopted as an orphan, adopted and became a servant of the contract, but the others went. Cinderella went to the ball with the help of a fairy godmother, a dress and a famous pair of shoes, a very beautiful, handsome young prince fell in love with her. Despite stepmother and aunt of stepmother, Cinderella became a prince, became a princess, and was released from her painful physical work life. In the early 20th century, Edward Berners, Sigmund Freud's nephew, used some of his uncle's ideas to manipulate those who saw advertisements unconsciously. Then he applied these insights to the tobacco industry and women, especially because they smoked much less than men. He encourages women to smoke instead of eating, to celebrate the image of a thin woman, and to gain doctor's advice. Smoking is better for you than eating sweets.
